I am unable to log-in using my username Mariner508@outlook.com and password combination. I attempted to send an Invitation request but received following:

Sorry, your Invitation request has been denied.

I am/was already a registered member of this page.

Clear your cookies first. Then go to your website and click on Admin-Login. There is a link there to recover or reset your password. The process seems automated, so you should get an email pretty quickly.

The above works if your tree is public, but if it is not, I see the problem.

What is your website URL? You can try the following where xxxxx should be replaced with your site name:
