Changes to style of print etc

Well Tribalpages you have certainly messed up my home page. Changes to line length have upset it right through. Have a look down the page and as it goes on it is worse than nearer the top.

I set about adjusting my line lengths in edit and could do it all although it will take some time. That would be fine and I was prepared to do that. I did part of the page and tried to confirm what I changed but could not do so. I was told to reduce the page length by about a third.

I have had that page length for several years and now all of a sudden I am told that it needs to be shortened. I don't think that's fair.

My problem at present is with the home page. As yet I have not seen any thing that creates a problem in notes etc. But I will look when I have time. I like the new set up but not what has happened with my home page.

Will you fix my home page for me. I should NOT suddenly have these changes thrust on me. My home page had been accepted by you and apparently has been OK for several years. Now it seems it is not. What are you going to do about this problem.

Sorry about the homepage. We had to reduce the width a little bit to accommodate a wider sidebar. The contents of the sidebar was spilling into the main section when "recent photos" were being displayed. We failed to notice the impact to the layout of the "About" section. We apologize. We will continue to make adjustments based on your feedback. Thanks

Yesterday I was using Chrome when I tried to edit the lines and save. Still does not work. Still exactly the same as I described.

However I have since tried using Microsoft Edge and no problem. I was able to edit and adjust the line length and save.

A bit of work involved but now I can do the adjustments using Edge. Looks neater than it did before.

No problems from what I have seen with persons notes. Overall a good improvement,

If other members have the same problem with line length then use Edge when making the adjustments. At least until you can find out why Chrome is not compatible.

We haven't fixed the issue issue with Homepage editing on Chrome yet. Working on it. Thanks for the workaround.
